By creating an account or subscribing to NetTally, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

NetTally is a personal net worth and budget tracking tool. All financial figures displayed are self-reported by you — entered manually or imported from a spreadsheet you upload. NetTally does not link to, verify against, or receive data from any bank, brokerage, or financial institution on your behalf.

NetTally is an informational and organizational tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing displayed in the app — including educational content, general investment concepts, or the AI Financial Coach feature, if enabled — should be treated as personalized advice from a licensed professional. Any figures, projections, or calculations shown (such as net worth totals or debt-to-asset ratios) are based solely on the data you enter and are provided for your own reference. For decisions about specific investments, taxes, or your financial situation, consult a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or attorney.

• NetTally is billed at $9.99 per month, processed through PayPal, on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through PayPal. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically retroactively refund the current billing period.
• Refunds, if any, are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

You agree not to use NetTally to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to access another user's data, interfere with the service's operation, or use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

Because all figures in NetTally are self-reported, we make no representation as to the accuracy or completeness of any data displayed. It is your responsibility to ensure the numbers you enter are correct.

NetTally is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NetTally and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on information displayed in the app.

We may suspend or terminate your access to NetTally if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of NetTally after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
